The trauma of Halloween

Something which has been bugging me for a while now is the fact that they want to "celebrate" halloween at Chloe's school. I have a HUGE problem with that considering it is a very demonic practice. I mean it is probably one of the highlights in the satanic calendar. Anyway, it has been really stressing me out, and I have decided after chatting with Paul that I will not send Chloe to school on Friday. I asked her teacher who's charming idea it was and she said that they have been doing it for years and that there are actually a lot of the parents who dislike it. So I am glad that I am not the only one, but at the same time, I feel that they shouldn't actually celebrate it, and I am really concerned if they think that they are being PC, and satisfying parents who believe in it... who is my child going to school with then???

Thanks to my super dooper friend Sandy who said that she would look after Chloe on Friday morning so that I can get to work, and then I'll come home early to look after her again.
